I do not spend ALL of my time sitting around and reading as this list might give the impression is the case!  I do spend a lot of my free time reading and I am also a pretty quick reader.  In addition, in this culture where things tend to start late, I always carry a book with me for when I am sitting around waiting!  If you are a future PCV reading this, my advice to you is to get a Kindle or bring as many books as you can (once you arrive in country there will be a book exchange in the PC office!)
Share book reviews and ratings with Katie, and even join a book club on Goodreads.

Goodreads will only let me show 100 books, so I removed the books where I have read many by the same author.

Other books I have read while in Peace Corps are:

Jodi Picoult:

Nineteen Minutes, The Pact, Keeping Faith, House Rules, Salem Falls, Perfect Match, Second Glance, Plain Truth, Vanishing Acts, Harvesting the Heart, Handle with Care, Change of Heart, The Tenth Circle, My Sister’s Keeper, Picture Perfect, Mercy

Nicholas Sparks:

A Walk to Remember, A Bend in the Road, Nights in Rodanthe, The Notebook, The Best of Me, The Choice, The Lucky One, Safe Haven, Dear John, The Last Song, The Rescue,

Harry Potter: (I read the series many times before Peace Corps, and twice since I have been here)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
